Following internal restructuring we now have a team manager vacancy within our Reablement Service. We are looking for an HCPC registered Occupational Therapist to take forward our reablement team. You will manage a team of Occupational Therapists, Rehabilitation officers for the visually impaired and Assistants who work alongside an independent reablement provider. You should thrive on challenges, be clear thinking and an expert problem solver. You should demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills. Experience of working in Social Care is beneficial.

You will provide expert advice, support and management working alongside a proactive management group in the Independent Living service. We need a forward thinking Occupational Therapist who is committed to supporting the transformation of our services, who enjoys challenge and change and who will bring energy and drive to these initiatives. Occupational Therapy has a positive profile in the county council and there are significant opportunities to contribute to future developments.
