We want to ensure residents, families and communities have the right support in place to enable them to confidently prepare for later life so they can live independently for as long as possible and remain economically active for longer.

We are investing in our Adults Social Care Services to support our priorities and in preparation for new responsibilities under the Care Act.

To help us develop and grow our service, we are looking to recruit motivated individuals to work in our Support Broker Teams in 3 locations across West Sussex - Horsham, Worthing and Bognor Regis.

You will assist those in the community to plan the support they require and to arrange suitable services for those who have eligible Social Care needs.

Candidates will preferably have relevant Social Care and/or Provider Care experience and have knowledge of the needs of adults and older people with disabilities. IT proficiency is essential along with effective communication skills.

Salary 20,849 - 22,937 per annum
Permanent, Full time
37 hours per week
Based at various locations across the County
