Crossroads Care South Central is a leading Charity offering respite for the carer. We are looking to recruit an IT & Data Support Administrator for a 10 month Maternity Cover, starting in Mid May. Working within our Operations & Finance Departments, you will need a proven record of working with Databases and the ability to prioritise workload. Overall Purpose of the Position To carry out basic IT support for the charity and lead in using and maintaining the charity’s database. To provide Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows support. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To maintain and review the customer and contact databases including data input and record maintenance To maintain and review the referral database and liaise with various staff and external organisations to support the Operations Team To provide administrative duties with regard to entering care paperwork supporting office staff with the Emergency calls if required To produce output reports, as requested by the Senior Team and Local Authorities, to assist the Operations Team with the provision of service To collate and prepare the Carers Trust Annual Statistics Report To deliver basic IT support to all staff To provide data analysis of our service provision, using the data base and spreadsheets To assist the Finance Manager in producing and maintaining the charity reports based on a variety of information sources To act in accordance with Crossroads Care South Central policies, procedures and standards To recognise the need for confidentiality at all times and comply with the Data Protection Act

Hours: 30 hours between 08.30 – 17.00 Salary: 7.00 per hour Location: Head Office, Climping, West Sussex. Immediate start required.
