Claims Project Analyst, Sussex. Up to £35,000 plus excellent benefits.

Exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the fastest growing insurance operations in the UK.
This role sits within the claims business and you'll work on various projects and requests to help improve performance, costs, leakage and processes to benefit the company, the customer and the user.

Working within Group Claims you'll be required to play a key role in identifying, prioritising and documenting requirements when initiating a process review.
Analyse and document 'As ls', and 'To Be' processes.
Analyse and produce business/solution options including costs and benefits.
Carry out gap analysis and document options to enable informed decisions to be made.
Conduct workshops, facilitate meetings.
Present recommendations on process efficiencies, improvements and effectiveness.
Work closely with the Claims Management Team and in conjunction with internal / external departments, as well as 3rd party suppliers, to facilitate delivery of requirements.
Provide project support and timely reporting of issues that impact progress, coordinating actions and resolving conflicts.
Meet regularly with stakeholders to provide input for deliverables and periodic reviews.
Carry out End to End testing / Model office scenarios to test the process change.
Holistic view of all Group Claims processes to ensure best practice across the teams is being adopted.
Support the Group Claims Target Operating Model with a view to streamlining processes / handoffs. Ensuring they remain as lean but as effective as possible whilst in line business change.

You will have;
Proven experience and a strong understanding of business analysis.
Ability to document requirements, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solutions.
Ability to work on multiple activities simultaneously, whilst maintaining a focus on quality, timeliness and delivery.
Project management experience.
Clear and concise communication skills with confidence to influence at all levels.
Excellent relationship builder, liaising closely with a diverse group of stakeholders; managers and the Executive team.
Exceptional written and verbal skills to be able communicate and influence at all levels.
Ability to attend multiple sites on a regular basis.
Good general understanding of all aspects of General Insurance.
