The ‘Think Family Programme’ in Arun is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and committed family support practitioner to help the most vulnerable and challenging families achieve holistic positive change. This role will be highly demanding and you will be working to address patterns of negative behaviour by providing non-negotiable, persistent support to families with multiple problem and complex needs. You will have drive and determination, excellent interpersonal skills, and a positive and flexible approach to working. You will also have the ability to work enthusiastically and reliably under pressure.
