Pricing Team Leader, Sussex. Up to £40,000 plus excellent benefits and bonus.

Within this role you will be responsible for the delivery of Risk models across all personal lines products which include: Private Car, Commercial Vehicle, Motorbike, Taxi and Pet.
Working closely with colleagues in Underwriting to ensure the models fulfil the requirements of the business in targeting the correct areas when making recommendations for change.
In addition, you will be required to keep abreast of new pricing techniques and external data sources within the market and make recommendations if they can be used to improve and maintain the Pricing teams cutting-edge capabilities.
Reviewing existing methodologies to ensure they are kept efficient and dynamic and obsolete practices are discarded.
Manage and develop the skills of staff within their team, to include regular 1-2-1's, training, coaching and development needs.
Lead multiple pieces of concurrent analysis within their team.
Enhance and develop analytical techniques.
Build relationships with stakeholders across the business.

Previous pricing experience is required, preferably Motor or personal lines.
Project management and strong organisational skills will be essential for planning a diverse array of projects from start to finish.
Role holder will also provide strong leadership and guidance to their team to ensure delivery in good timescales, whilst satisfying the needed outcomes from the projects.
