Crossroads Care South Central is currently recruiting Carer Support Workers in these areas, to give respite and support to family carers and the people they care for. Offering a full range of flexible services for Adults & Children with various disabilities or health conditions which may involve the provision of personal and social care and respecting confidentiality at all times within an equal opportunities framework. You will be working within the homes of family carers, and the person they care for and you will need to have excellent customer care skills and an understanding of carers issues. Good communication skills are essential for this position as is a full driving licence and access to a car.
