Providing first line technical computer support for users and / or network support / administration. • Experience of Microsoft operating systems, and preferably some experience or knowledge of MS Server 2003/2008 and SharePoint 2007/2013. • PC and network troubleshooting techniques. • Diagnose technical problems and recommend solutions. • Monitor and maintain health and safety standards in the use of ICT equipment. • Flexibility to manage working across multiple locations and at short notice. Own transport essential (mileage paid)
