Dynamite Recruitment is proud to be recruiting for a Financial Controller to join a vibrant and fast growing company in West Sussex. Reporting to the Finance Director you will be responsible for overseeing the finance function for the business.

The Role:

* Management and development of the finance function.
* Budgets & Forecasts
* Ensure delivery of monthly management accounts, reporting and weekly KPIS
* Supervise and manage a team of up to 6
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Continually identify and implement process/system improvements.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Must be ACCA or CIMA qualified and substantial experience as a Financial Controller is required
* Working knowledge and use of Sage
* Responsible and Trustworthy
* Stable and potentially looking for company progression
