We want to recruit enthusiastic individuals with transferable skills, common sense, organised, flexible approach and a talent for problem solving. Take Home and Settle enables vulnerable people, whose hospital discharge is delayed due to a lack of support, to return home safely and be settled comfortably. As the service is delivered in 7 hour shifts, 7 days a week, a rota will operate to ensure weekend working is shared. You need to have a full driving licence and use of a car.
