Personal Injury Claims Handler, Sussex. £30,000 plus excellent benefits.

You'll be required to pro-actively handle a portfolio of bodily injury cases arising from motor accidents via the MOJ Portal.
You must have Personal injury claims experience to be successful in your application.
In return you will receive excellent training and develop, in a staff focused business.

Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of injury files from fist notification through to final settlement.
Working within your own handling and settlement authority.
Referring cases over and above your authority but in some cases still handling through to settlement.
Establishing liability and controlling claim costs through effective negotiation.
Ensuring claims philosophy, processes, procedures and service levels are all adhered to and met.
Ensuring compliance procedures and all regulatory requirements are adhered to.
Working pro-actively to manage claims effectively and efficiently.
Working closely with brokers and policyholder holders.
Handling correspondence via telephone, e-mail and letter.
Developing and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues and business partners.
