Nua Healthcare Services UK Ltd offer home and community based support services to assist people in West Sussex in their daily living, helping to retain a sense of independence and well-being. These challenging roles will require particular flexibility to appropriately support people in the pursuit of their lifestyle choices.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in the health and social care sector and also in supporting people with a range of needs. However, experience is not essential as full training will be provided. Key duties of the role will include the following: • To assist customers who need help getting up and going to bed in the morning and evenings, including dressing and undressing, washing, bathing and going to the toilet. • To assist customers with their general mobility and with any physical disabilities, including all elements of personal care. • To care for customers who are temporarily unwell or disabled and need sympathetic support and help with feeding etc. • To prepare and serve light meals, clearing away and leaving clean and tidy. • To read and write reports accurately and diligently and contribute to customers’ reviews. • To encourage the independence of customers at all times, encouraging their participation in many elements of their care arrangements.
