Reporting to the Head of Client Services, you will be responsible for ensuring a regular pipeline of leads for the Sponsorship Sales team, being the central point of contact for the sales team, providing excellent insights into prospective organisations and individuals, and creating and delivering ROI models for existing clients to support the Client Services team.

The successful candidate will have proven and relevant experience within a top-tier agency, consultancy or blue chip organisation. You will have experience of delivering to an agreed commercial strategy and of managing a sales pipeline or equivalent. A proven track record of creating interesting and commercially relevant insights for organisations and individuals is essential.

You will have the ability to deliver commercial success through effective analytical skills and the ability to spot opportunities in the right places. You will be adept at working in a fast moving, commercial environment. You will have a superlative ability to communicate and influence at all levels. You will be able to interface at all levels including senior management in order to make strategic recommendations. You will be self motivated with a passionate approach and 'can do' attitude.

Due to the rural location of the Goodwood Estate, own or reliable transport is essential.
