Crossroads care are the leading provider of support to carers and people with care needs in the areas we cover.

We are currently developing and expanding our quality services in West Sussex and Hampshire and are looking to recruit an Adult Services Coordinator.

The role is for 27.5 hours per week and will be based from our Climping office.

The role will involve the coordination of services and to ensure effective provision of Respite Care throughout the areas we cover.
