We are looking for a highly motivated individual capable of managing the successful implementations of HR.net. The successful candidate will be an influencer capable of shaping the delivery of software projects by gathering together multi-disciplinary teams of business analysts, consultants, developers, testers and trainers around a common goal. Additionally the candidate will be an accomplished negotiator capable of implementing change and best practice and above all manage the client towards achieving goals.


As a Project Manager your day-to-day responsibilities will include management of multiple HR.net implementation projects from initiation to closure including Matrix manage resources to achieve project goals, Manage client expectations and guide them through the project, Participate in the presales process as a project management subject matter expert.


You will have experience of managing various client facing software Projects, Prince 2 qualification, Expert knowledge of Microsoft Project, Experience of the HR domain preferably HR.net, Good Knowledge of industry standard quality processes and Commercially aware with good knowledge of contracts.
