Harvey John accountancy recruitment is working with an established business based in Portslade with the recruitment of a Finance Manager. Reporting to the Board and General Manager, the job holder will enjoy a hands-on role with the purpose of managing an efficient accounting function by providing accurate accounts and management reports.

Key duties will include the production of monthly management accounts; to prepare and produce year end accounts ready for auditing; cash-flow forecasts; VAT returns; all payroll duties and calculations; calculation of foreign exchange requirements and to motivate and manage a small finance team. This role will also assume the credit control function in due course.

Applicants are likely to hold the AAT qualification but this is not essential but experience of using Sage 200 would be beneficial. Please call David at Harvey John recruitment for more information.
