Initially Fixed Term appointment for 12 weeks
We are seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic lecturer to teach on the Hairdressing and Beauty Courses.
The Hair and Beauty Department offers a wide range of courses aimed at all ages from and including Year 10.
The appointee will take responsibility for a significant section of the work within Hairdressing
You will need:-
• An appropriate level of qualification in hairdressing
• A teaching qualification IV and Assessor awards or willingness to obtain within first year
• Recent professional hairdressing and beauty experience
• To stimulate, inspire and support students at all levels to achieve their qualification
• An understanding of tutorial responsibilities, quality assurance procedures and current and future curriculum developments
