Experienced Retail Customer Service Manager (Maternity Cover)
For approximately 12 months
Reporting to: The Directors
Main Responsibilities: will include,
• To be the main point of contact for customer service staff to ensure the smooth running of the department.
• To produce weekly/monthly reports associated with Customer Service issues, to attend weekly / monthly management project meetings. To liaise with relevant departments within the company to ensure all issues are resolved
• To be the first point of contact for any customer services issues, for both customers and other departments.
• To respond to incoming calls and customer service issues and resolve as appropriate, by telephone and letter.
• To use the computer system to process replacement orders, assist with customer enquiries and give out requested information.
• To update in house system keeping record of correspondence and outcome of customers issues.
• To use e-mail system to communicate with all parts of the Company, customers and suppliers.
• To attend training courses/sessions as and when required.
